Rules and Regulations before completing the payment. 

  • If the customer booked a seat in a specific experience and the payment has been processed and wants to postpone, he/she can do that in 48 hours in advance, and the amount will be returned to him within 5 working days, or he/she has a one-time opportunity to choose another day to attend the experience within only 3 months.
    If the customer booked a seat in a specific experience and the payment has been processed and wants to postpone 24 hours before, the amount will be returned, minus 50%.
    However, in the event of a postponement or apology on the same day of the experience or within/less than 12 hours from the date of the experience, the amounts previously paid through the reservation process will not be refunded.
