In soprano, we bring you to taste a dough that has been fermented between 48-72 hours, baked in less than 120 seconds in over 400 c and encircled by airy bubbles. High quality tomato sauce, and the original cheese imported directly from Italy are the ideal combination. Adding to all of that, the ingredients are another story and to taste it perfectly, we will serve you eight types of pizza in this experience. Soprano experience in Jebel Akhdar is not just a pizza night! Its part of the experience to enrich you with amazing details of the old village & its kind people, their green farms and old houses, and how they were built distinctively, using ancient artifacts. And finally, you’ll enjoy the taste of the original Italian pizza!.

Hi, my name is Sami.
I’ve admired the kitchen since I was almost 9 years old, and from that time till now I’ve established an unbreakable relationship with kitchens.
Six years ago, I started my diet to be healthier and have a fit body, but that ended up in another direction. I learned about cooking, read books, try recipes and keep modifying ingredients that sometimes do not fit with my diet.
During that journey of trying and failing, I learned valuable lessons from the kitchen and the most exceptional one was “being patient”.
That drove me to be here today with you to enjoy the Italian Pizza and take you to the home of Pizza “ITALY”.
This amazing experience was designed meticulously to leave you with an eventful moment with Soprano
