By far the most authentic and delicious pizza I've ever had in Oman. The atmosphere and the tour is a bonus to the whole experience. Meeting new people over amazing food and beautiful ambiance is also an amazing part of the experience. Definitely makes you want to come back for more great experiences.

Sami went above and beyond to curate an incredible experience that blends culture and history of Jebel Akhdar with a fine dining experience in a most beautiful setting. The pizza was delicious and the flavors were so unique. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

From the classic Margarita, to pizzas with flavors so unique, it’s out of this world. It’s not just the pizza though. It’s the whole experience with the village hike, rich history and gorgeous views. This an experience you won’t want to miss

Word can’t describe what we encounter with Chef sami He made the pizza experience on another level. First with the tour on the village and reminiscing about his childhood stories. Also, about his knowledge on the plants that grew on the mountain. And the way how his society work in the village of the mountain. Finally the pizza experience which I can’t tell you about it you have to come and see what chef Sami have been preparing for you. Wish all the best my friend

أنت لست هنا لتجرب البيتزا، أنت هنا لتعيش تجربة حياتية مختلفة، أن تستكشف معالم قرية الشريجة، تستكشف تاريخها وأزقتها، ثم تبدأ بتجربة أنواع مختلفة من البيتزا مع شرح بديع لتاريخها وتطورها، وتنهي الرحلة بحلوى التيراميسو وعصير العنب. تجربة رائعة

Very authentic experience, we enjoyed every part of it and we will definitely be back again. Each pizza we tried was amazing, starting with the typical margarita and marinara and ending it with the mixture of flavors in the soprano special pizza and other creations. Overall it was an extraordinary experience. Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience for anyone who wants to know about the village of Al Shraija and the Neapolitan pizza. The unusual combinations of flavors was very refreshing. I highly recommend experiencing food with Soprano specifically in Al Jabal Al Akhdhar as it was the perfect escape from the hot weather in July. We enjoyed the rainy Mediterranean climate there.
